Goodness the relations will be astounded that George had the good sense to marry someone so skilled. I am sure you would have been on the television if it had been like it is today. I might even make some fruity pops.

OK Darling it is truth time. You have me totally alarmed. I love you and for you to be doing all this work just makes me mad. I know you love to cook and all and you are kindnes personified but no one can /should expect this from you. They should all be taking you and George to a restuarant for a meal.

Let them put the food together and you put those pretty Southern Bell feet of yours up. WE love you y' know. We cannot help but to worry. ...I am off to get on my knees and pray for Sanity ....someone Must be able to do this for you.

Wow! What a feast! Of course you could have got out of it easily by saying, "Thanksgiving? I celebrated it the Canadian way this year - back on the second Monday in October...".

You have more gumption than do I.  I'm thinking about just hiding out somewhere.
