i suppose it was only water and a weak detergent , depends on what he was wearing I suppose. Something to look out for though keep checking the pipes.

Great business to consumer instincts!
Kudos to your Dad and you for realizing that trying to make up for a company's mistake is a win-win for both parties...
I was super mad last night at my cell phone carrier because of a dumb mistake they made with my billing and account ( they took out way too much money from my bank account and thereby shorted me on some things I wanted to do & buy) but the customer rep. really knew how to apologize and worked to rectify the situation. I was calmed and able to be reasonable. So much so that I spoke to her supervisor afterwards and highly commended the rep.'s job performance..

The customer was fortunate it wasn't something worse. In this life terrible things can happen anytime that weren't necessarily anyone's fault.
