Lol, I like the ending...
I've heard the phrase before; to me it means a loosey-goosey, unfocused mind/thinking process, haha. My dear Grandma used to say it about her least favorite son-in-law..

I see that Dad and Uncle Richard had quite a few problems. Never heard that term before, not wrapped too tight. Must remember that one.
