i believe you should test it here, if it is too raw for some folks, they won't read it...then polish it and send it to medical journals, blog it on the net in other places. The help is really needed in our sick society.

I commend you for your work in this line of medical care. Many of my nursing patients were people who tried suicide and failed in that. Also, I am well aware of what suicide does to surviving family members. My only brother took his own life when he was 25. Also, the mother of three of my darling grandchildren took her own life and I saw what that did to them. Anything you can do to help anyone is definitely a star in your crown.
