Loved the wife's quick change of attitude... Been there, done that.
Interesting analogy using the word furniture. My mom said that about her first husband, that he treated her like a piece of furniture. Funny how a blockhead will take a loving helpmeet for granted - funny peculiar, not funny ha-ha.
