enjoyed your post, chuckled a bit, but true. i just saw a program on air travel that said they are developing a new seat, that will allow for more people to be packed into the plane......you will be half sitting and half standing. wonder where it will all end.

I tend to agree, Kabu... and what's worse is, on these short European hops, you don't even get a decent snack. Sandwiches don't do it for me...!

Hi Taps... well, there's flying in the usual way, flying 'off the handle,' flying when writing or doing something really well... then there's the 'broomstick' kind of flying that you can simulate at Harry Potter World .. (yes I have done that..smile)

I am enjoying life CCT, thank you, by and large. As for the white dragon... I was born in the year of the dragon (Chinese calendar). I'd quite forgotten, so thanks for the reminder!

I've had many pleasant, and some not so pleasant, flights and I hope to be through with flying. Now I enjoy others flying here.

I am so used to all the bs with travel size this and that...taking my laptop out of its case and putting in separate bin....no metal on my body....I take to wearing bras I can pull on over my head...shoes that slip off and on for ease in line and nothing in my pockets...sigh

There is absolutely no pleasure what soever in flying anymore. All gone and will not return in my life time and as for flying Business class???Forgetit!!! Cost is huge.
