Now I am worried. You have never been off this long unless you went to Australia So what is up? Did you run away in the middle of the night?

I've said it a thousand times, Grandmummy...I will always perfer animals to people. Maybe it's wrong of me to feel that way, but I do, and have for a very long time now.

Kabu
I am almost....well, closer to I am....a hermit when I am at the lake, and not much better when I am at home. I have a stocked freezer and pantry, and a keyboard with which to order everything else....and I've just never been one to need to go, just to go. And when I do, it is usually out in the moonlight for a stroll in her soft rays or to sit and meditate in the quiet stillness. As for coolness, we are getting some in between waves of water falling from the sky but it is still short sleeve weather for most folks around here so I can't even imagine worrying about a frost! Now, needing a boat is another matter

I do hope we do not get a frost, it is always a gamble along now, if the ground warms up a bit we shall be O.K. I love those little critters, but only see Grey squirrels, I expect the cats would have them round here. I didn't know that you cooked seriously, a good idea though.

good idea...probably better than me using something to weigh the pages down which eventually ruins the binding

I like the picture of using the hanger.
You know, I have days and days where I do not leave home. I like it that way. I refused an afternoon away today.

I have had times where the tank seems about to go empty. Then something happens, and boom, there is a lot to write about...My guess is that once the warmth sticks around for more than a bit, there will be a lot more to write about.

I do like the ''my time.'' When I was homesteading, sometimes I would not go out
for days at a time. And when I did, it was to go out running on the dirt roads.

As it happens I have several of those hangers just looking for
a job to do. It's difficult to pick a blog topic after several days of rainy chill and a whole lotta nothin' - but let's take these slack, boring times with nothing to write about for what they are. Good luck. You put me in mind of the Chinese "blessing" "May you live in interesting times."

Things will warm up, I believe - yep, I do believe that, LOL...And that's a brilliant idea for using an otherwise useless hanger...

Yes -it is chilly - maybe it will kill off the pesky little black flies! Love the cookbook idea! Thank you, sweet Kabu!

I really believe either of you could throw a rose down before the other and the petals would be hearts. I totally love it. Bless you dear one for this lovely tip. Have a restful weekend.
