Wow!  I would never pay 300.  Glad you found one much cheaper!

That is a great deal that you got on the DVD player...A cute photo of Mr. Graysome. I love it.

Didn't see that movie, it sounds a bit sad and yet intriguing. I love your garden, but I'm glad you're taking it easy so you don't hurt yourself. I don't feel like doing my garden this year, so I'm just gonna tend the things that survived our mild winter. We've got a blueberry bush that's got big green berries on it already, some chives and oregano, two kinds of kale, and a few flowers that should be coming back around soon. Hooray for spring

Nice to pick up a bargain, it seems that a new interest has arisen relating to past wars. Don't you dare do any rough digging and then complain about your back. Hey Kabu if I have any heavy lifting to do I wear a weight lifters belt, it gives a sense of security to the tummy muscles.

I believe they showed that very movie on the Turner Classic network

yesterday. I remember seeing it back in the dim past, even though as a rule I never look at war films.

Kabu

I remember that movie...it was sad, as I recall. Do take care of that back, girlie!

So glad you are starting to get around again in the yard and garden.  I love your garden.  Just don't overdo too soon.

I'd like to hear some of those jokes about the Newfies, as you guys call them.

Kabuiepie-:)~

A beautiful day and a very sad movie really, another case of the Brits using the colonies as cannon fodder love.

Kabu

Looks like you're having a great day! Oh, and it's Newfies, not New foundies! Get with it, Aussie...
