Sorry to hear you're still hobbling about! Don't worry, I'm sure the gnomes will keep things under control in the garden until you're back to normal!

Perhaps you need to take a trip into town for a nice massage or

an adjustment from a chiropractor. Not a full-scale exam under the magnetic imaging things, no big expensive medical workup - just a bit of a rub by someone who knows the layout of all the muscles and ligaments.  Feel better, Dear Kabu.

Hi chick, stop talking like you are an old uman. You are only about 50 in today's reckoning. You will probably be up and jumping around like a new born kitten in a months time. I wish our Wiley could massage my back. Be lucky. I try not to make you laugh.

I did something like that once in Santa Fe, NM on the day it was time to drive back to KC, MO.  That definitely was not a fun trip.  I ended up doing most of the driving because it was less painful than being a passenger.  I think it helped a little to have the steering wheel to hold on to.  I did have an awful lot of trouble though getting in and out of the car for potty stops.  So sorry you are hobbling around in pain.

Oh dear one I feel so badly for you. I have had my share of falls in the last 10 or so years. Fortunately I have never broken anything but it sure can hurt I know. Do you have any arthritis pain? That always appears to be make more painful with a fall.

Well, my dear, I certainly wish that you recover soonest and completely - but I must admit, it's been a blessing not have to watch the sky constantly...

Oh, my love, I do so understand the pain of a bad back...and you know the key is to relax into the pain.  Flat on the floor with my feet flat and knees bent so I could relax my pelvis and try to melt all those 'innards' and let the earth take my pain was always where I tried to spend a lot of time.....and then you can do those slow pulling, with your hand behind your knee, your knee slowly toward you to find that spot that needs further relaxing.  Hmmm, talking about it, I think I'll get down and do some of that right now....I'm a little sore from sitting so much and then riding the bike for the first time yesterday.  I'll get down and as I work my back I'll be sending you healing and loving thoughts.....see if you can feel them. Oh....and remember, at least you have Wiley there to haul you up off the floor!  Feel better soonx12
