Josh did seem to lose sight of compassion for his friend (Dad) who was having a tough time. I can see that there would be tension building in Dad.

In my business I would have bounced Josh real early on, like no employee took his tantrums out on me and kept working for me.

It's too often a problem when you mix feeling sorry for someone and lending a hand with business....first time burned is usually the best time to get out because past behavior is the best predictor of future. Good analysis you're giving here; was this from observing or listening to the tales afterwards? Just curious.

Josh does not sound like he's good for the business. Or your father's blood pressure.
