Thx for clarifying...I wasn't sure as that's sooo long. The upside is the daily therapy, better pain mgmt and just keeping him controlled so he can heal!

FSI......Please!
Well, all of the earlier comments...ditto. That being said, while I've always admired you're ability to write so succinctly, sometimes your brevity drives a detail gal like myself nuts! ..... Friday?.. Today is Saturday....so is he going to be 'in'(?) the hospital another week?....See, if I'm going to be thinking about you and your father and what is going on in your life.....well, I can't just leave the poor man and what I have a small idea after two knee replacements of the pain involved....just hanging in my mind until you decide to clarify the situation a little......I mean, please!

I suppose Dad is a few years older than when he had his first op.
It could make a difference, better to be safe than sorry.

Actually if one of the two operations was going to be more difficult, it's better to be this one. If it had happened the first time he may has hestiated to go back. Now he'll pull through in spite of the setbacks and be happy both are done.

I would remain optimistic. I'm sure things will work out well and best of wishes.

It's major surgery, not exactly like extracting a tooth - so setbacks do happen! I wish him the vey best, and I'm sure he'll be okay soon...
