My temper would flare on occasion, very similar to why your Father would get angry.
When people are not pulling their weight. I'm mellowing with age quite a bit though.

very difficult to hire one's best friend. My best friend hired me but we kept well away from each other at work. you would never know that we were close.

I hired one of my supervisors atthe stadium to work with me at the santa set the last year I worked it. We had one argument after another and always over same things.
