Those are both absolutely wonderful poems....beautiful, simple, straight forward, timeless and wise.  And therein lies a bit of a mystery....you are not so ancient, Sweet One, that 50 years ago you would seem to have been able to speak so eloquently with the voice of one so wise, so mellowed by time well spent.  How did you come to that point - at that point?  And, watch out....I am on the lookout for one of your slick responses
