I love seafood, but don't do spicy at all! As someone who hasn't traveled much, I'm more fascinated by the casual reference to multiple visits to such an exotic place as Singapore! Lucky you!

While I am not a crab person, you have me wanting to try one of those crabs. From the way Baltimore crabs and their preparations sound, this would be different and thus worth trying.
