I'm assuming Leo is an older gentleman, if so you will be rewarded by seeing his value as an employee and not cutting him because he is not young and strong.

Perhaps Leo is not as strong as you guys FS. We used to carry sacks of two and a quarter hundred weights of corn on our backs, but it is prohibited now.
