Well, the temperatures up here were just starting to climb above freezing, which would have melted some of the remaining snow. However, it is now snowing like crazy outside, and it looks like we'll be digging out again tomorrow morning! Damn winter . . .

We were told that all the snow had cleared up in the Mountains yesterday, but when I was driving up the steep, hairpin, gravel curves on the cliff, there was plenty of ice. They are used to it. Guess I will have to as well or stay with a friend duriing the winter.

Mind it does not freeze Justi. I hope you have local store or two as well as the supermarket.

well honey I never have much to write about this time of the year because I am a bit of a hermit crab. I stay hidden inside my home. but we go anywhere because of the Winter tires of course. They are on the car for about 7 months of the year. And we wear ugly boots with grip and nice warm slippers inside. well my slippers are orthopedic for my back but they are warm and comfy.

I enjoyed this post....felt like this many times. My daughter and grandcandies are enjoying their first really nice snow ever and I am laughing at their "discoveries". It is interesting when folks who never get it have to deal with it. I would like to have it a couple of times in the winter, just for the novelty and the beauty....but then that's enough!
