I guess the success or failure of any business can be based on whatever the ownership pays attention to most. And it seems that the club is keeping all of your attention focused . . .

Well to be honest I never thought it would take on FS. There again I was looking at it from a small spectrum,ie., watching folk parking their cars in the supermarket space and being approached by men wheeling mobile wash stations. Even if the cars were mud splashed or filthy it by no means certain that the owners would respond. I got fed up and moved to a different Supermarket. Looks like you have a sweet spot there.
