Always better to keep as mobile as possible, and walking the mall sounds like a good way to do that. Yeah, the food courts do have tempting aromas, but that's where your will-power gets tested! The cold weather certainly doesn't help tired and achy muscles, but ya know what does, especially after all that walking? A nice, hot bath! One at a time, of course . . .

Well Kabu you are lucky to be able to lie on the floor. I think the bed is more comfortable
to do exercises on. You will feel better in the spring when you can poddle around in your outdoor gear and dig for victory. Be careful not to slip up, that is the most dangerous thing for older folk.

Sorry about the arthritis pain. I've had some also since the cold but not in my hands....the hips if I lie on my sides, so I've been doing some sleeping in the recliner. But spring will come. I'm watching for the first robin.

The cold weather we have gotten has been tough on Harry James's arthritis. I hope that things warm up for him.

I hear that dark (70%) chocolate is anti-inflammatory. Just a square or
two a day. Or blueberries, strawberries, etc, from the freezer, made into a smoothie...
