Geez! Poor TAPS! It's sink or swim for her!   But actually, it really isn't a bad idea, depending of course in which direction you plan to go. For me, as far as writing in general was concerned, I reached a turning-point right around the same time I entered Blog-it that I would try to lean more toward the humorous, no matter what I was writing or posting. I felt it was better to try to make people smile than anything else. Good luck with your 're-invention' . . .

When I first came here you were doing experiments in cooking Justi. Also making jars of exquisite looking chutneys etc. You could dig some of your old blogs out in the process.

It does not really  matter though I am sure we all like you as you are.

Yeah, I read that post too, and found it very inspiring as well. I'm just kind of entering the planning stage, trying to sort of lay the groundwork, attempting to decide on the most desirable chracteristics that I will eventually chose to make up my new and hopefully improved version of Naut...

Looking forward to this...tell us about the ventures that you had in your life...the coffee shop that was so much more, the beautiful clothes the jars of delicate sausces and much more and much more than I know of. It is so interesting and deserves to be read again or for the first time.

Don't expect too much from me and my broom...er...keyboard.  There's an old nursery rhyme about me, you know.

There was an old woman went up in a basket
99 times as high as the moon.
Where are you going I couldn't but ask her
for in her hand she carried a broom.
"Old woman, old woman, old woman quoth I,
oh whither, oh whither, oh whither so high?"
"To sweep the cobwebs off of the sky."

I don't know if it's something in the water or what, but we all seem to be coming to the same conclusion, and several of us coming back after a sabbatical or whatever.....I think of myself a like a lake that turns over periodically.  Anyway, your blog is in the Journal section, so why don't you consider doing just that....journal your life, the bits and parts of your daily life that your might not realize others would find interesting....the thoughts you have, the things you've done...that sort of thing.  Just my two cents.
