A bit of exercise is good. It is no good keep buying odds and ends and throwing them in to a cupboard. You could have a look through the seed catalogs though, some nice new varieties of flowers are around in seed of course.

It's great to get out amongst 'em sometimes, but I think I'm enjoying
being all tucked into my La-z-boy a bit too much. The numbers on the scale keep creeping up, and it's got to be because I'm not out walking or moving around. These overcast days seem made for napping. And how sweet to shop and be able to turn your nose up at "bargains."

That is great that the two of you got out. I remember when we had a couple blizzards in a row back in 2010. I took off the week from work, and when I got out of the house, I was so happy.
