sometimes I feel that upgrades are just a sideways leap and trying to iron out the glitches is very stressful. I think that you are handling this very well, way better than you would have some years ago. That feeling makes me very happy dear FSI.

I always think 'upgrading' things means to simplify things - but sometimes the road to get there is full of potholes...

Yeah, we all know what that's like! Sometimes I wish they could bring back those old-fashoned cash registers, where the little numbers pop up and a bell rings when a sale is made, and everything was paid for in cash! A heck of a lot easier, as far as I'm concerned! Hope Josh continues to improve . . .

You're a very patient person, FSI. I get antsy when upgrades are done to our systems. Murphy's Law seems to hang around at those times.
