I'm so glad I'm not planning on flying anywhere. I had my fill of that. I can still remember my first few flights back when things were a bit more luxurious. Then one gradually got less and less for their money, more uncomfortable, and service?...what's that. I hope things go well for you.

What airline are you flying with?
Some offer a bit more leg room, a bit more courtesy... but 24 hours in paltry comfort is difficult no matter what. I hope you can sleep most of it away.

Yeah, it is terrible how much the airlines are shortchanging their customers. Hopefully, sooner rather than later, the industry will be forced to change.

I don't blame you for this post Grandmummy! Though much as I hate to fly myself, I have to confess, I'd give anything to be able to travel just one more time. Don't worry, the flight will be well worth your visit.
