And yet they still refer to them as 'bald' eagles, even though there's plenty of "hair" on top . . .

Re: adnohr

If I had a helicopter I would stop and pick up Kabu along the way and you'd be serving us cookies in no time!! A chatters' paradise, I'm thinking.

Oh dear man if I were 65 again I would be jumping rope out side just to keep down the energy from making me fly. Loll

When I read about all you do with all your farming I wish I was 30 again. Oh I am sure you saw it. No we are not having a good crop of pecans yet. I am baking cookies today with some of last years nuts I froze.

I absolutely loved this post. I am a face to behold in the mirror. LOll but I took you at your word and I am enjoying it. Baking cookies wish I could hand you one, just scoot on down south and have cookies and coffee.

Don't you know I would love to have you jump out of the wall and say boo! Then we would have coffee, cookies freshly made and a lot of chatter.

Naut

I certainly hope you are right. I am baking oatmeal cookies today complete with lots of raisins and pecans. These will be frozen for Christmas. I should have something to do daily. That will keep away the doldrums.

I thought you had a post and an article on that wishing you were 65 again love. Or a song for George.

Don't worry Justi, we are all as old as we feel. I remember vaguely seeing an airship over head. One of those big round cyclical shapes. I sometimes wonder if I imagined it.

You look so cute in your photo, has George picked any nuts up this year?

So important it is to make the best of what one has.

Lovely lady, we all feel overwhelmed now and then - watch a silly movie, or listen to a favorite song, or hug your kitties, or bake something that makes the whole house smell really good. I've even made faces at myself in the mirror or danced around the house with a mop...that usually does the trick! Then again, sometimes it better to just sit and feel it for awhile before chasing it away...a sort of cleansing of those bad vibes...looking right at them then putting them away for another day. Sending you the biggest SMILE I can.

I know how you feel, but with Halloween behind us (the last hobgoblins have shuffled off into the wet gloom) it'll be just a few months and spring will be around the corner; and you'll feel cheerful again ...
