I suppose it is like an inflammation in the muscles Justi . I have had similar it is quite painful at times. Seems O.K once one can get over it, well as long as one is careful. Good luck.

Hopefully your ailment won't stop you from enjoying the warmer weather, which, as you say, is probably the 'calm before the storm!' I just hope that this winter is nowhere near as bad as last winter . . .

I'm so sorry to hear you have that problem again. The wife of an acquaintance of mine has bouts of it, and it appears that it helps her to go swimming every day, in an indoor pool of course...Just a thought...
