Always good to keep an eye on both the weather and your budget. But I've always maintained that it's better to have something when you don't necessarily need it than to not have it when you do! But, I'm sure you're already aware of that . . .

That's the right approach! And you can't rely on the weather forecast - if I did, I would have worn a fur coat some day in July, and I don't even own a fur coat...
