It seems there is no peace, no safety assured anywhere
(maybe Camelot I hope).  Keep painting.

Beautiful painting, and terrible news.

Helen,

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Canada during this difficult time.

Never mind, soon the Zionists will crawl out of the sand and Israel will continue it's slicing up of Arabia keeping most parts for itself and all will be Israel.

Kabu

'Heads in the sand' is just about right. Maybe this terrible event will get some people to come up and take a look - but I suspect more will have to happen before they do...

It's so sad

That the world has come to such a horrible place.  Mimo is headed to Canada today and I worry.  Granted he is in Ontario but given we don't have international service on his phone, I won't hear from him until tomorrow.

Stay safe in your cozy little haven.

You're doing the only thing we can do at times like this: stay positive and focused, and not let the ills of the world ruin everybody's lives. Perhaps if more people saw butterflies the way you do, things might be a lot nicer for us all . . .

It is a sad day for folks in Canada. I thought the great north was the

land of rationality and common sense, but I guess there are freaks everywhere these days. I think that's what makes it so shocking - most folks are the type to live and let live and the furthest thing from their minds would be to take after random strangers with a gun. We see it in certain cities in the U.S. so much it's almost not even news, but Ottawa? Unthinkable.

Good for you KABU, anything artistic is better than keep watching the TV . It is a job to show these paintings in their true beauty obviously. I do wish you had a little warm greenhouse, but I know that is impossible in your climate. Cruelty is forced into our  minds sometimes, I don't know if it will ever be better, but keep your chin up.

My heart is broken for Canada Grandmummy.  Still, your rocks are a reminder for us all that there is more beauty in the world than ugliness.  Love you.
