Yes a great invention, no one thinks about small things that have happened, well big for some folks like when the candle makers were shown an electric light.

I think before '85 I always cleaned the car myself. Never enough money to pay and besides one was allowed to wash a car in the drive way which in Australia became disallowed.... Cleaner water ways and saving water being the reasons.

Ther is none in my village car-wash either, just the wand, but then we are in the mountains in Quebec...so it may take awhile.

We've got 'em around here, of course, but I never use them. I go to the drive-through wash, where Ben gets to bark at things, LOL...

When I was young, there was always the Fuller Brush Man  coming around.  That was fun.  I liked seeing his wares.
