Someone else asked, in regard to this,
with the cost of visiting the doctor or emergency room or losing a day's pay from work, folks with early symptoms just might not want to know it. They will go to work just like they do with the flu, and self-medicate with what's in the medicine cabinet.
It's a money thing.
