Happiness is always something that one chooses. And, it usually has to be chosen one day at a time. But, it can become a habit. I'm glad you chose happiness in spite of sticky OJ. LOL

You make me happy when skies are black. Well not really, it is a long way back.
Anyway when you take the mick, I hobble back with my walking stick.
And when one is half way round the bend, It is nice to know that a little friend.

I finally beat out my very bad sad habit of self-pity
with repeated reminders, until all of me believes it, how much worse so many others have it, than I do. Everywhere, people stand up and live despite being beleaguered by war and hunger and illness, despite having no power to change these circumstances... Or maybe they don't stand up to it, maybe they despair and weep--but with so much better cause than mine! I have problems, of course, and frustrations... but I am never hungry for more than a few hours, and if I get sick, there will be medicines and healers.
And we have each other.
