I know it is something to put up with, but we bring it on ourselves very often.

But then we would not have anything to moan about. People always look worried if when they ask how you are and you say bright as a button or as lively as a lamb.

Whenever Arthur-itis visits my wife, she likes to take a nice, long bath. That usually does the trick! And please tell me your neighbor was not shooting at that kitty . . .

I hope that you are feeling better. Arthritis is very tough...I like the idea of the covered walkway. In the long run it would be cheaper than rock salt since you would not have to buy as much, if any.

I remember that song too. We used to sing it at school.
Sounds a bit like a bad guy, your neighbor. Let's hope it was not the cat, he was shooting at.
Sounds nice about your new project. I hope for you that you'll get done before winter comes and it'll be to late.

As a nurse you know better than I that arthritis is a kind of inflammation

and possibly the result of something you ate. You may need more antioxidants in your diet, esp. if you don't use Tylenol or nsaids. I had a lot of that kind of stiffness & joint irritation until I stopped eating bread. Didn't even associate the joint pain with the symptoms of Celiac I was trying to treat. These days no bread, no pasta, no cookies or pastry except gluten-free or organic non-GMO. And I don't miss it, although it does make it more complicated to eat out.

Kabu

I'm sure all your heads, shoulders, knees, toes, eyes, ears, mouths and noses will be fine once you quit doing all that heavy construction work, LOL...

Which reminds me - I've seen these walkway covers in Quebec City - they put them up in winter and take them down again in the spring. I don't think there's much to them. You might want to check into those...

Kabu, be good to your feet, hands and whole body, work less, soak in good mixture I told you about. I am so sorry, I have to take meds to be able to sleep with that stuff but I hope you will slow down a bit. You do too much heavy work in that yard. Love ya. Yes I am yelling you can tell me to mind my own business but I will just pray for your having less pain anyway.
