If you buy a Yacht do let us see it before you sail to the sun, I know you successful Authors are rather modest but congratulations anyway. By the way this rain is a good test for your cellar. I hope it keeps really dry after all the hassle. Don't you love little ducks they are so wriggly I am tempted to get some but I don't fancy the eggs.

We still are getting a fair amount of geese in Maryland...This mild summer has had quite the effect overall on animal patterns.

Folks in Oregon claim to have duck feet; that's why the state college
football team is known as the ducks. If you're from Washington, it's said you'll grow moss on your back. Imagine the divergences for someone who lives in one and commutes to the other for work...

I had trouble getting down off a horse once when I'd been on it for five hours straight following mountain trails in Colorado. My knees had set in a permanent bowlegged position. I never rode that long at a time again. I think the horse was really glad that I finally did get down.
