My difficulty lies in believing it. But my doc thinks that if I say it enough while looking at myself, eventually I will come to believe it.
Today, as she made me say it to her, she would interject her won comments after each time I said it--"Yes, you are beautiful, Jemmie." "Jemmie, you are a truly beautiful woman."
Her comments are what made me break down and cry. Tears of happiness, of course.
