Yes, Summer does seem to be going somewhat fast, and we really haven't had too many terribly hot days ( so far ). But last Winter was brutal, so I can't say I'm really looking forward to this coming one. And for that final thought, I'm gonna stand up tall, puff out my chest, and bravely exclaim NO!

Don't know, I am a don't know, what was the silly bugger doing in the forest in the first place. Anyway glad that you are fit, it is always a relief to find one is only falling apart slowly. I think you may be right about the Summer a forecast here says it might go down to 35f in Scotland this weekend. I hope the cold weather does not start early it usually means a bad winter.

I love the idea of a cozy cup of coffee and a chat...
Rainy mornings are so good for that. My front porch is calling me - shady and cool, with the occasional dog walker passing by, birds. The squirrels haven't been around much. I don't think they like the new fence.
