Kabu

I made an incredible oil some twenty five years ago that will make your skin feel like a baby's butt. It is simple but effective if used as it is recommended. If you want to have the recipe I will gladly send it to you.

Nautikos

I think that would be very relaxing but alcohol tends to increase the blood pressure in the tub of warm to hot water. So have the drink while you relax after th soak.

Justi

That tale of your health issues is staggering - I fervently hope that things are getting better for you!

And that's a great recipe! I can't help thinking that one could put a little bit of it aside (minus the Epsom salt, of course), add a bit of gin and have a glass or two while languidly soaking in that healthy bath...

Thank you my dearest Justi. I will try this because it makes good sense and all those ingredients are helpful...much better than the $158 exfoliating cream someone tried to sell me in Australia last time i was there. I told him he must be mad...LOl...so I am off for a drink and a bath...thak you .

You have been through a lot there, Justi.

The trouble is Justi it is compulsive behavior, one longs to have little project to complete.

Although it very often means pain afterwards. I am sure though that your advice should be taken seriously especially your remedies, which I am sure you have tried and perfected. I hope Kabu will take note and not start moving rocks as she has recently suggested. A man with a tractor could do that in no time at all. Thank you for your advice.

As we age, it's a natural fact that our bodies don't recover the way they used to! It's wonderful that you're showing this much concern for our dear friend Kabu, but I think we all should be following this advice . . .
