I have those beautiful chalices in my dining room and look at them and I am so thankful for them. That was such a sweet endeavor. I will do that. Be blessed.

I know that high blood pressure is a very dangerous thing. But I also have learned that sometimes the causes can be mental as well as physical ( like stress ). If it's physical, it may be attached to your diet ( which you seem to be attempting to control ) or various activities ( which you seem somewhat limited by ). If it's mental, you may need to find some of those 'stress-relievers' that come by breaking your routine once in a while. Either way, I'm sure you're doing all you can, staying positive, and using common sense to help yourself along. I hope you're doing much better . . .

I like the slow walking. walking is always good for BP. and yes that is too high but I am not going to worry about it. Keeping muscles moving is excellent for a person. Just sit down when you feel odd and elevate you feet just a little. Keep the salt intake down or out and make sure that the amount of fluid that goes in is equalled by what comes out. Keep yourself cool, we are using over head fans. Will continue to pray for your health and read Wiley's silly posts. Laughter is still the happiest medicine if not the best.
