Well here Amanda they want lessons to last much longer to give working parents the chance to know their children are being looked after. I don't know if it will work.

Unfortunately, later school times is not going to work. If Junior is going to bed at midnight, and school ends up getting delayed two hours, Junior will start getting up at 2 a.m., thus negating the impact.
