LOL! I think that's brilliant. Just tag along, slip in under the radar, etc! And those weigh in scales should be banned. I mean, do they REALLY need to know? *whispers* Not really. :)

kabu

you dont have to be a nurse to hate visiting a doctor.  i had to have my teeth cleaned today and when she got done and left the room i promptly tore the napkin from around my neck and climbed over the arm of the chair and around the tray and went to the front to pay, here comes the nurse smiling at me, you have to see the doc first she said and escorted me back into the chair.

As always, doctor visits are a 'necessary evil.' Not that the doctors or nurses are evil, but those visits can be somewhat unpleasant, for various reasons. But, better safe than sorry! And I thought that chasing Mr. Graysome around the house was enough exercise for our Sir Wiley . . .

Something in the air, maybe, like spring-cleaning.

I'm glad you got past your inner kid who don' wanna!

I appreciate the foot pain thing... going to the doc after weeks of the hobbles, a simple exercise fixed it within days.

One for you, one for Wiley and  for M Graysome

Who am I to suggest to a long-time nurse that she needs to tend to

her own health first if she's to be functional. Why, that would be carrying coals to Newcastle, as the old saying goes. I'm really happy that your GP was on to you.

I hope Wiley feels better with the exercises and I too dread a visit to a doctor(and simply refuse to have any syrup)but the truth is we need their guidance and help.

I love nurses - have in the past, LOL, and always will; but I do obey my docs - they all have studied more medicine than I have...

Just listen to the doctor and try to escape much of the junk we who don't have it taken care of before we get old. Old age is no picnic. Love you dear one.
