Having sisters must be a wonder. Just having siblings would be such a joy I think. I always missed them, still do. I have to work at not being jealous of those who have a family. Be blessed and I hope you have a rip-roaring Canasta game or several.

I never learned to play bridge.  I don't think I was ever around anyone who did.  But, I used to play Canasta with my sisters.  It was fun because it was so fun to be around them.  All of this makes me want to play Canasta again with my sisters.  Baltimore Sis has a trip planned to KC this summer.  I think I will suggest that we have a rip-roaring game of Canasta, along with our usual Scrabble.

Hey, everyone's lives and lifestyles are different. What may be fine and comfortable for one person ( or couple ) may not necessarily work for others! Things change over time, and there are always new challenges and new adventures that anyone can become involved in. When it comes to life, there is no concrete blueprint. Go with the flow . . .

Well, I for one have never thought of your posts as boring! And yes, I agree, money does not automatically bring happiness. But I think it may help alleviate boredom...

well i never aspired to be wealthy, there is a great responsibility to it and i guess if you just let the money dictate your life it would be terrible, i believe the more you give the more you get......it is my belief that the wealthy have to get involved and be socially responsible....and be responsible for the happiness they get from being wealthy.

Well you have tried a good many things Justi, I expect the excess of anything becomes commonplace in time. Buy yourself a pair of new shoes. I am sure you will feel better.

It is interesting how we look back on things.

Boring is NOT a word I would put with our Justi....never never never...You have and still do live a full life. All your work for others done with selfless love whether you are well or struggling. All those exciting and profitable ventures you undertook with home produced goods >>oh i could go on, and behind all that, unbelievable personal tragedy that would have crushed another...BORING darling Justi?????Never!!!!

One doesn't have to be lonely though. There are so many out there teady to share time and emotions - we just need to put some effort into finding the right friends. It's a pity when people let money get in the way of that. Your uncle needed people such as George and you to be around....
