Well, that's a dilemna! I don't think you should have to sabatoge your own ratings, but then, again, if I had a shot at the Top Ten I would want a chance.
Maybe Shaycom should just give in to the inevitable and display the top blogs like this:
On the bottom of the page, a link to the top 100 blogs.
Above that, a list of links to the top nine blogs.
Above that, this link: "#1. Click here for Ariala's blogs"
Then the top nine would be free for everyone else!

I changed the name of it on purpose because the blog made it to #1 and I
didn't think a non-blogging blog should beat my own Life According to Ariala blog...Also, Beachbelle asked me if I would drop two of my three top 10 blogs and give others a chance to get into the top 10, so I did. I am purposely not posting much in Ariala is Blogging Again.

Just A Guess...
Perhaps it's because once a person looks at al the pics, they really have no reason to go back. Everyone looked at the pics in the beginning, thus giving the blog tons of hits. Now no one goes back to look again since they saw them already, thus the blog's hits drop dramatically.
