I adore the humming birds. Last year one was drinking from my bird bath. I try to plant more and more humming bird friendly plants but the Bumble Bees do bully them.

Your Haiku is delicious... again I am loving it.

My son Joe sets up hummingbird feeders every year and loves

to watch them from his kitchen table as they dart in to sip and battle one another for ownership of the immediate air space.

very sweet - I have fond memories of hummingbirds from when I lived in NC.  Here, it's the robin (although they don't migrate) - the gardener's friend... you start weeding or planting and in moments one is nearby, watching for tasty worms.
