I agree, Kabu. But sometimes we must be careful of what 'tools' we use to frighten those children. I mean, we don't want to traumatize them . . .

Thanks, Sir Wiley. I thought you might get a kick out of that one, especially when you try to make a visual out of it. My arms get tired just thinking about it . . .

I've always wondered about that too, Kabu. But I guess the censors were much different back in the days when these things were first composed! We don't want to frighten the children now, do we . . . ?

It probably does, FSI, to a lot of people! Many is the time I've picked something up that I may have only worn once for a little while that's probably still fine to wear. Then there are those other times when something is best left at the bottom of that hamper . . .

Neither would I, adnohr! Do you realize how fast a boat must go for someone to waterski? Those guys would be dead before she went a couple of hundred yards! I hope that banquet was worth it . . .

Re:
Getting better, C C T? So there's room for improvement, eh? Well, I'm not much for cocoa; I prefer coffee. But believe it or not, these things come to me whether I'm on my first cup or third cup of Joe. However, by the third cup, Mother Nature usually puts in a call, and I have to continue to think of these things whilst 'on the throne' . . .

That would be a neat trick, Bill, one that I'm unwilling to attempt! I trim my nails with clippers! I wouldn't even think of biting them, regardless of their length . . .

You're probably right, Naut! But I think, with all of the charges the magistrate could bring against him, that may be the least of his problems . . . until he hits that jail cell of course!

well I must have a quick go at this weeks selection.
I think he was probably Wee Willy Winky.
I do like a chiropodist to cut my nails, but you can carry on biting yours.
Yes when I occasionally look up birds are usually black, I think I would notice/

I’d say Winkle was lucky! In addition they could have charged him with trespassing, harassment and besetting, attempted burglary and finally with indecent exposure, because his wee willie would probably be peeking out of his nightgown as he was peeking into windows...
