i certainly hope that you continue to do well with the car washes, snowy winter should help because people want to keep the salt off their cars. then the recession says that people will cut cost by washing their own cars. but then again when people are working they do not want to take the time for washing the car and older people like myself do not want to wash the car.
maybe you could do something like so many washes then a free one. my husband and i like to eat at the millers ale house and they punch a card and after 10 lunches you get a free one.

FS with my own experience nothing lasts forever. Foresight is the thing owning the ground you work on is worth more to you than anything else. Land is not replaceable I have seen petrol service stations sold making the owners more than they could ever earn. Of course you are not pinched for land as we are here, but it will happen.

Right now my car is getting a free car wash. It is raining very hard, very steady, and has been for quite some time. I got a free was myself a bit ago as I didn't take my umbrella with me.
