try writing a tanka...it gives one or two more lines and a few syllables more

i know you can do some wonderful haiku, i use to play with it and put pictures to it.  cant wait to hear about the fairies.

Believe it or not, although I understand the general concept, I've never written a haiku in my life, even by accident! But coming up with them pertaining to a particular subject sounds good . . .
