Kabu

Didn't see the movie, and for some reason was never too fond of RR, although I did like him in 'Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid'...

a good movie is a treat anytime. Monuments Men was good. I treated myself to a Sunday matinee with hot buttered popcorn and m&m's. yum. the way we were sounds like a good one to revisit. will have to get netflix again.

I enjoy watching films and seeing how actors and actresses were back in the day...It will be interesting to see how the next part of the Tom series goes.

Yesterday (or the day before--I can't remember LOL) I saw cute little Betty White being interviewed on a talk program.  She is so witty at 90+ you can't help but love her.  Well anyway, the show host asked her, "Is there anything in Hollywood that you haven't done?" and without a moment's hesitation she answered, "Robert Redford." (which brought downb the house)

I remember the song. Never saw the movie.

And Robert Redford was gorgeous when he was young, but I always thought Paul Newman was better looking - more compact and put-together somehow. Loved them in "The Sting" and the Butch Cassidy & Sundance movie.
