fsi, i really like the idea of going with my gut instinct. more people would probably be at peace if they went that way in decision making. you'll be a success no matter what. you have what it takes.

I think if you have money FS buy land not businesses. Things move so quickly in twenty years time cars may not need washing, seems improbable, but just think of what has happened in the last twenty.
