Dear Sir I think your hamster is in a poor way. It probably bravely tries to keep the treadmill going but my Internet connection fails constantly. A letter I sent to BT .
(It was sorted the next day and I was asked to recommend the action taken.

Geez! Now that's a rant! And I thought those types of companies were incompetant over here! By the way, I honestly don't know of anyone who uses the downtime while waiting for a service tech to play with their testicles . . .
