Well you seem to be slowly getting there Rumor, you are twice the man you were a year ago. wonderful how the body can recover. Pity the car cannot do as well, but then one might get tired of it eventually.

It's best to get the car 'winterized' early, and I'm glad that your own check-up showed nothing worse than 'high blood levels', which I'm not familiar with, but then I'm not a physician, LOL...We had a snowfall last night as well - the first time in about ten years that we had snow this early...

Kabu...we really are lucky here when it comes to snowfall...
"Usually" the big storms miss us, and yet London, only 100 miles up the 401, got two feet overnight.
..(I can't remember the last time I had snowtires put on our car).

Jimmy..yep, cars don't leave one much choice...
especially changing the oil and hearing noises one shouldn't be hearing (like squeaky brakes)...as faf as my blood levels being high, it has nothing to do with high blood pressure...if one gets an infection those little critters (red & white blood cells) we have in the bloodstream come ready for combat...don't know much more than that.

Hey, when you've got to take the car in, you've got to take the car in! And I'm really not too familiar with the symptom of 'high blood levels,' which I assume is not the same as 'high blood pressure.' Hopefully it will improve on its own before you go back in January! I'm sure you know what to do and what not to do to help it along. Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes. Stay warm . . .
