I've just read several of your blog posts on this page,
and I can see that your self-confidence has grown. I've noticed it also, in your comments around Blogit which have been growing, too. I think we all can benefit from some counseling sessions some time in our lives, but not everyone is willing to take the plunge, and risk challenging the comfortable accomodations they've made to painful things.

Yes it is tough at times to encounter new situations, but sometimes there is no alternative and really we do not know how other people feel, they probably are not so cool as they appear.

it seems to me that the different things that your job calls on you to do everyday keeps it very interesting and far from boring. It is great to run errands and to be called here and there. no wonder you are happy in your work life.

Running errands is probably a part of almost any business, and when it has to be done it has to be done! Every little bit helps, as I'm sure both you and your dad realize . . .

I use to be like you when it came to talking to people but since I did customer service for 11 years I learned that as a new skill and that is why I am comfortable about doing secret shops

I agree - a change from regular routine is good. Keeps things from getting boring. It's good that you overcame being nervous about it.
