I can't really remember anytime I have had that kind of urge to clean. I do it because it has to be done...but no urge...

Bob Kendrick is the dealer there. He subleases the property from the Oil Company, who lease it from Dad. Therefore, Bob is the one who makes the decision as to who is to clean the property.

Dad rents Location A to the Oil Company, who subleases it to a dealer named Bob Kendrick. Somebody else operating it is why Dad and I do not do any work there. The shed itself is kept at one of the rental houses Dad owns.

When ya gotta clean, ya gotta clean! Not only would dad probably not mind, but would probably greatly appreciate it as well! Better for anything to be neat rather than sloppy . . .
