You mentioned defending yourself/your posts. That can be awfully tiring. It can up the BP too. May I suggest that when you write again of your religious beliefs that you post what is important to you--just put it out there, and no matter what people say, just let it stand alone and let God do the defending with the Holy Spirit working in the hearts of those who read. He is able. We are not. Rest in Him.
